I want to highlight the excellent service provided by Jasiel Medina at the hotel’s front desk. From the moment we arrived, he was very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. His attentiveness made our stay much more enjoyable. In addition, the hotel boasts very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained facilities. The common areas are pleasant, and everything is in excellent condition. Without a doubt, a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

stayed at Red Roof Inn Atlanta – Suwanee/Mall of Georgia for a couple nights while I was in town and was honestly impressed with how easy and comfortable everything was. First thing I noticed was how convenient the location is. You’re right by the Mall of Georgia and tons of food options, which made it really simple to grab dinner or run out for anything I forgot. It’s close to the highway too, so getting around didn’t take long at all. The staff was kind and down-to-earth. Check-in took maybe two minutes, and they made me feel welcome right away. It’s always nice when a hotel feels relaxed and friendly instead of overly formal. My room was clean and quiet, which is the biggest thing I care about. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and everything looked well kept. You can tell they take pride in keeping the property tidy. Parking right outside the room was also super convenient. Overall, it’s not trying to be fancy — just a dependable, clean place to stay at a fair price — and sometimes that’s exactly what you want. I’d definitely book here again next time I’m in Suwanee.

I’m honest when it comes to these reviews. As it’s always in life you get what you pay for. Now, for $74 the rooms are solid. They are clean. Nothing fancy just a bed, a tv, and a shower. Housekeeping is done about every few days but they are punctual when they come and they really clean. Which is more than what I can say for other motels and inn’s I’ve stayed at similar price points. The front desk staff is courteous and checking in is fast. Now, they do require a $50 deposit at check-in but the front desk staff know me by now and know k never cause a problem so they waive it for me.The location is a good area so you don’t have to worry about crime or scummy people hanging around. The staff keeps the property clean and is a pleasant place to be at. Especially if you don’t want to spend big money staying at the other big name hotels nearby…. Everything from the INN is nearby and walking distance. You have restaurants like Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Panda Express across the street and Walmart is 2-3 block down the street on the same side at the hotel. If you need a good, clean room, to lay your head for a few nights this place is highly recommendable. Nothing fancy but a good clean, nice place to stay whenever I’m in town.

The room was clean really comfortable to!!! for a great price as well…. the girl in the front her name was nancy so sweet and nice and there was this gay guy I think his name was jaziell really Amazing people really helpful and kind people I will for sure go back there on my next trip for sure!!!!

I had an amazing 7-day stay at Red Roof Inn. I got a special rate of $425, which was incredibly economical for such a comfortable and clean stay. The room was very cozy, and everything was well-maintained. Jasiel Medina provided excellent service, making my week-long stay even better. I chose this motel primarily because of its convenient location right off the highway and the reasonable nightly rate. For a quick overnight stay, it served its basic purpose — but there were several areas that could use improvement. Check-in was fast, though the front desk interaction felt rushed and somewhat impersonal. The exterior of the building showed signs of wear, and while the parking lot was functional, it could benefit from better lighting. The room was adequate in size, but the décor felt outdated. The carpet showed noticeable wear, and some of the furniture had visible scuff marks. The bathroom was clean at first glance, but closer inspection revealed areas that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, particularly around the shower edges. Water pressure was decent, but the shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly. The biggest issue during my stay was noise. Because the doors open directly to the outside walkway, I could hear conversations and car doors throughout the evening. The air conditioning unit worked, but it was loud and cycled on and off frequently, which made it harder to sleep. That said, the bed itself was reasonably comfortable, and the linens were clean. Wi-Fi worked well enough for basic browsing, and there were convenient dining options nearby. In summary, this motel is fine if you need a quick, budget-friendly place to sleep for a night. However, with some renovations and more attention to detail in housekeeping, it could significantly improve the overall guest experience.
